Kerim Baccari
Kerim spent his career in private equity and strategy consulting before founding Backer Group. He began at Boston Consulting Group, working alongside management teams to improve and grow their businesses, then joined Advent International, one of the world's leading private equity firms, where he found and executed deals and worked alongside the companies acquired, including the parcel-delivery businesses Evri (formerly Hermes) and Mondial Relay. He now leads on assessing opportunities, structuring transactions and the financial side of the group.
Francesca Colantuoni
Francesca spent a decade in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman, advising management teams across industries on their strategy and operations. She later joined Egon Zehnder, the leadership advisory firm, working alongside executives and boards to build high-performing management teams and strengthen how they attract, retain and develop talent. She then joined Ansor LLP, a London-based private equity firm, where she oversaw its buy-and-build acquisitions and the performance of the companies it acquired. Within Backer Group she leads on strategy and operations and supports the management teams of the businesses we own.
